Hawera Christian School was started in 1979 to ensure that the Christian families of South Taranaki had a place to send their children where the beliefs of home and school were the same. This is still the case today.
Our pre-enrolment form asks for a reference from someone, preferable a pastor who can validate the faith of your family.
We welcome new families to our school. Each Enrolment has a formal process including an interview with our proprietor. We give preference to families who are dedicated Christians and are actively involved in their church.
